American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her career began with supporting roles in the teenage comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). In the FX series Dirt she was Willa McPherson, a reporter. She also played the role of a supporting character on the show with a short run The Ex List. In the first season, she starred in the role of Moira O'Hara in the role of a young Moira and in the following season, she played Kaylee. She was Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead and Sophie on the NBC series This Is Us. She also voiced several characters from the animated series Family Guy. She has been the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe in Virgin River on Netflix since the year 2019. Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge was a resident of Darien, Connecticut, until 10 years old at which point she and her mom moved to California. There, they lived for a year before they settled in Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to take an interest in acting, singing, and photography at the age of 13. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was 15 to pursue a career in acting.
