Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly), is a rap artist who has a unique style. Baker was born in Houston, Texas on April 22 of 1990. He was born into an German and English Scottish family. His parents, both missionaries, took him on several trips in his early days. James Colson Baker was depressed and was unemployed when Sonia Alane, his mother was divorced from his family when he was only 9 years old. Baker's father emigrated with him to Denver and lived with the home of his aunt. Baker was bullied by other children in his neighborhood because due to his poverty. The first time Baker heard of rap was when he entered sixth the sixth grade. Colson Baker popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on 22 April 1990 in Texas in the U.S. The songs he composed are known to blend modern hip-hop and rock with alternative rock. Baker has released four mixtapes over the years between 2007 and 2010 prior to joining Bad Boy Records. The Cleveland rapper, who wrote lyrics at the pace that of a fast bullet saw an explosive growth when at the end of 2011, Baker made the switch from self-released mixes to reputable label. After that, his career skyrocketed as each of his album charted in the top 10 albums.
